F.I.L.A. S.p.A. Purchase of treasury shares 2022

F.I.L.A. S.p.A. following that disclosed to the market on March 23, 2022, announces that it has purchased on the Euronext regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., in the period between March 24, 2022 and April 6, 2022, 240,000 Fila ordinary shares (representing 0.4701% of the share capital), at an average unit price of Euro 9.68 per share, for a total value of Euro 2,323,582.
