Pero, December 7, 2023 - F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. (“F.I.L.A.” or the “Company”), following its announcement dated December 4, 2023, seek to inform you that its Indian subsidiary DOMS Industries Limited (“DOMS”) is undertaking its initial public offering ("IPO"), in which FILA is participating as a selling shareholder and offering equity shares of DOMS aggregating to INR 8,000 million (approximately EUR 90 million). In this regard, DOMS has released a price band advertisement wherein the price range of the IPO is INR 750 to INR 790 per equity share. The subscription period of the IPO closes on Friday, December 15, 2023.
