Internal Dealing

Pursuant to regulations, the Code of Conduct on Internal Dealing defines the rules of mandatory disclosure regarding transactions carried out by Relevant Persons on F.I.L.A. shares or financial instruments related to shares.
Our Code of Conduct on Internal Dealing outlines the disclosure requirements to which certain persons are subject with respect to transactions involving shares issued by F.I.L.A. and other financial instruments issued by the company. These individuals are the Relevant Persons, persons closely associated with them, and relevant shareholders.
The Code of Conduct on Internal Dealing has been prepared pursuant to the regulations, in particular:
  • CONSOB Regulation No. 11971/1999 ("Issuers' Regulation")
  • Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (“MAR”)
  • CONSOB's "Management of Inside Information" Guidelines.
