Pero, July 25, 2022 – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. (“F.I.L.A.” or the “company”), listed on the Euronext STAR regulated market of the Italian Stock Exchange, ISIN IT0004967292, in relation to some press news (Il Messaggero of July 23, 2022), specifies that the Group's debt is in the renegotiation process, involving a pool of banks; the terms and conditions of the transaction have not yet been fully defined and the same has not yet been submitted for approval by the Board of Directors. Once the approval process has been completed, the company will notify the market within the terms and in accordance with the law.
